This jacket features proven softshell fabric that has a 10k/10k waterproof breathable PU membrane bonded to a warm lightweight fleece lining for maximum cold weather protection and comfort.

CORDURA REINFORCED SHOULDERS, ELBOWS & CUFFS

There are key wear points on a work jacket. To keep this piece looking pro and lasting a long time in the field, we reinforced the cuffs with 30D Cordura® NYLON, the elbows and shoulders with 500D. Cordura® NYLON provides excellent resistance to abrasion and tears and is water/snow repellent.

Ergonomically designed hood fits over all hard hats, while maintaining low volume and technical performance. There is a stealth 30D Cordura® NYLON reinforcement on the brim as well, to hold shape and never fray. With stealth cord hood locks.

Wow!

This jacket is really nice, well built. A lot of the reviews say they run small, so I was a little hesitant to purchase. I’m 6’ 170, I ordered my usual size large and it fits great! I have the regular 1620 soft shell jacket and the hi-vis version fits the same. Sleeves come right to where my wrist bends, which I like. Hopefully 1620 keeps making ansi safety gear.

I sized up and it fits perfect. Wear it everyday. It feels almost too nice to mess up and get dirty but i do anyways and holds up no problem. Especially to sharp edges.

Nice unit. Well done and thoughtful. The fit is interesting and not everyone will enjoy it. The hood being over the helmet is a nice touch not everyone will enjoy. The jacket needs gussets in the armpits and it would be absolutely perfect.
