Best work shorts ever

Absolutely love my new work shorts. Ive been loving my pants from 1620 and decided to give the shorts a try now that the weather has been heating up. So happy I did. Been wearing them nearly every day and gonna be needing a few more pairs! Worth the little bit more on price to get a premium pair and I love that this company is American made! I'm proud to wear them and get asked about them all the time. When i was an apprentice the older guys used to take pride in the fact their tools, boots, and work clothes were made in the USA. 1620 is bringing that pride back!!! Get some!!

Very comfortable and with a great fit. They look good for casual time and can also be used for working out or mowing the lawn. I cannot speak to the long term durability of the product, but 1620 has a solid warranty, so wouldn't worry too much about it. I got the uniform blue and charcoal colors. My only recommendation would be to have internal pocket dividers to allow you to drop a folding knife in and keep it oriented up and down. Side pcoket will comfortably absorb a large phone, or handful of small rocks. I recommend this product..

Just buy them!

The shop pants are my favorite pants, I wear them daily. When I saw these new shorts, made out of the same material, in the catalog, I knew I had to try them out. The fit is stellar. The length is right to the kneecap, and not too baggy. They are extremely comfortable and durable. They stretch and move with you, like your favorite gym shorts. The pockets are nice and deep for all your edc gear. For the price, you will not find a better pair of shorts. Just buy them, you won’t regret it!

Found a new brand

Hands down most comfortable shorts I’ve ever owned .I’m 5’9 185lbs I always have a hard time finding clothes that fit right. These shorts fit perfect ,very easy to move around in ,light weight, and perfect stretch without crushing anything if you know what in mean .I always wore carhartt ,way to stiff with no give, and Levi’s (made in multiple countries ,never fit right and wear out way to fast.I love the fact that 1620 is American made right here in Massachusetts.can’t wait to grab some pants and sweatshirt next.

Yessir, I think I'll have another...

Moved from wearing the NYCO pants to the shop pants maybe 2 years ago, as I found the NYCO's a little stiff in the seat/waist (but it was probably the growth of my personal seat/waist), so I jumped right away at the shop pant-shorts. Same exact pocket configuration as the pants, and the inseam is just right to fall comfortably at my knee caps, without getting caught on my knees when kneeling or crouching. Can't beat the air-flow and quick-dry aspects of this material. You can landscape for 8 hrs in these, pat them down (dust, dirt, dried mud fall right off), and put on a collared shirt and go to dinner. They look almost too nice to work in, but they take it and like it. I'm 6'1", 210lbs, 33" inseam, and the 36" waist are just right. Also, they come out of the dryer the same size as they went in.
