We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada, Australia, most of Europe and parts of Asia (for a full list, see below). How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. There is a convenient shipping calculator at the bottom of your cart page to estimate shipping based on your location and the weight of your order
What about international shipping?
We offer both USPS International Priority and UPS International shipping. These rates can be calculated on our shipping calculator. Shipping rates exclude all duties and taxes.
When exactly will I receive my order?
Here’s how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. All of our pants are hemmed to order which can take up to 7 business days depending on volume. Hoodies that require snaps are also done by us. Once your pants are hemmed and your snaps are on your package will ship out from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. From then on, it all depends on your location. We are located on the East Coast and USPS Priority is 2-3 business days. .
Our warehouse team takes a much deserved vacation on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be processed the following business day. We're a small team working flat out to get you your order as timely as possible however during peak holiday season some orders can take up to 10 business days to process.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
YES. Because we ship with USPS, we are able to deliver to a P.O. Box address. We are however unable to ship to a UPS Box.
What if I have an international return?
Unfortunately due to complex global tariff system all international orders are final and are not eligible for return. If you live internationally and feel you have extenuating circumstances for a return, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return a gift card?
Physical and e-gift cards are not refundable and cannot be changed or canceled. Might we suggest re-gifting?
Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren't able to make any changes to an order once it's been placed. If you feel you have an extenuating circumstance and need to cancel your order, there is a small window of time when we can cancel it before it gets shipped—drop us a line at email@example.com and we'll be happy to see what we can do!
Whats your return policy?
If you purchased a product directly from our website and are not satisfied for any reason or would like to make an exchange. Simply return it to us within 15 days unused and in the condition you received it with all tags attached, and we will issue a full refund. Returns received by our warehouse after 15 days are not eligible for refund. Returns received by our warehouse 15-30 days of receiving your order are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
All returns and exchanges must include a completed Return/Exchange form which can be found here.
Items missing any original tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All international sales are final.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible but at peak times it can take up to 3 weeks from us receiving your return parcel
Why does 1620 cost so much more than other Workwear?
The short answer is that better products cost more. One of our customers once told us “Buy it Cheap, Buy it Twice”. For years the major brands in the workwear industry have been chasing the cheap needle all over the world and sourcing devalued fabrics to be able to maintain a palatable price point for you, the consumer. The result is ill-fitting, uncomfortable and poorly performing workwear that works against you and leaves you cold, wet and tired at the end of the day. Unfortunately in doing this the big brands have overlooked the fact that hard working people deserve better gear too (Performance fabrics are not just for Running and Yoga). 1620 uses only the best fabric with the highest inherent performance benefits and everything is manufactured in the USA by American Craftsman. We don't spare any expense at the cost of the performance of our product and our customers agree!
What’s The difference Between Stretch NYCO and Tweave Durastretch?
Our proprietary Stretch NYCO Fabric feels much more like the traditional workwear fabric you are used to where as our Tweave Durastretch is 100% Synthetic fabric blend. Stretch NYCO is made from a Cotton/Nylon/Spandex blend that is 10x more abrasion resistant than a 100% cotton Duck. Products Made from Stretch NYCO are great for people who love the traditional feel of a cotton duck, but are looking for a much higher level of performance, durability and comfort from their workwear. Stretch NYCO Dries 2x Faster than cotton, inherently meets No Melt/No Drip NFPA1975 Standards making it great for guys working around flames, sparks or tailpipes.
Our Tweave Durastretch Fabric contains patented yarn technology and represents the highest quality synthetic stretch fabric in the world. The innovative core spun yarn technology encapsulates the spandex core by covering it with a high tenacity nylon. When woven into a fabric the result is a heavy duty weave that stretches beyond the limits of the human body, so you will never again have trouble getting in and out of your vehicle or moving around in tight spaces. This fabric is great for people who are active on the jobsite, constantly climbing in and out of vehicles and machinery, working in wet environments like commercial fishing

Can You Hem My Pants before they ship?
All of our pants are hemmed to order by our talented team before they are shipped out!
How do I measure my inseam?
The easiest way is to check the tag on your favorite pair of pants. Alternatively, grab a pair of pants that fit well and lay them flat on the floor. With a measuring tape, measure the length from the crotch to the bottom of the leg/hem. Our inseams are measured/finished according to industry standard.
How do your pants fit?
We consider our pants to have a modern fit. Not Slim, not baggy, providing the ultimate versatility between work and life. While other brands need a baggy fit to accommodate for heave stiff fabric, the stretch fabric we use allows us to use less fabric and have a more tailored fit that doesn't leave any extra fabric to flap in the wind.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes—for life! Our workwear is covered by a lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will be happy to repair or replace it, at our discretion.

How do I get my 1620 gear repaired?

How long will it take to repair my gear?
We try our best to service and repair our products as soon as possible so they can get back out in the field and working for you. During peak times however it can take up to 8 weeks to process your repair.
Is there any cost to repair my gear?
We generally do not charge for repairs however we look at every repair on a case by case basis.
Does 1620 offer bulk discounts for uniforms?

When will my pre-sale item ship?
We do our best to ship based on the estimated date on the product page at the time of purchase however due to the fact that we are making an item from scratch some things might take slightly longer than anticipated. If you have any questions please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I still get the Everyday Discount on Pre-order and Sale items?
Unfortunately as pre-order items and sale items are already marked down from their original MSRP we are unable to extend the everyday discount to items that are not offered at full price.

Our hoodies, shirts and tees have a generous tradesman fit and are slightly longer in length than you may be used to, preventing any unwanted exposure.
