If folks are on here wondering how “skinny” they are, here is my best way to describe the fit. The lower legs are tapered but still loose enough to be comfortable for work. Thigh is a little snugger, along with the pockets, but that may be more related to waist size. I’m a 30” leg, 35” waist. I like the Levi 502 tapered jeans for casual wear with skate shoes, and I wear those in a 30” leg/ 34 waist. I ordered 30” leg 36” waist in these and they are the best fitting work pants I own. I like them a lot but will wear these longer before I buy more to see how the hold up. They are much looser fitting than a Levi 502, for reference, but still more tapered than other work pants. I like the pocket layout a lot, and now my other 5 pocket work pants annoy me since they dont have the same skinny lower pockets.

These run very slim and have much less stretch than you might think. Maybe after they get worn and washed several times they’ll loosen up, but I couldn’t get through a full day of work in them. Hard to squat and bend over in, very tight in the knee and hip. I am 5’10”, 165, have an average build and wear a 32/32. I think if you are exceptionally thin or don’t have to squat or bend over for your job they would be a perfect fit. I love mine in the regular fit and am mostly leaving this to help out future buyers

Pants are top notch! Material with slight stretch is definitely going to be tougher than a lot of pants I’ve owned! Great cut and fit! Finishing is excellent, quality product for certain, will be my new go to for work pants! Great colours as well!

Got into and out of blackberry bushes and never flinched. These britches are the toughest I’ve ever worn and will be buying another pair to extend my weekly arsenal. Thank you 1620 for doing what many still remember in this country as a manufacturing standard.

I have a lot of 1620’s work pants, but these are what I wear most often. They do require a little bit of break-in (which is a small price to pay for pants as tough as these), but after they are broken they are very comfortable. The only change I would make, is making them a little less “slim”. Like right in between their regular double knees and these slim fit. They are overall an exceptional pant. They are tough and functional. I have seen reviews that complain about all the accessory pockets, but I find them convenient. Pliers or carpentry knives fit in there perfectly, and you have options to keep them out of the way. I use them especially when doing mechanical work. You don’t have to keep setting down and picking up wrenches and other hand tools. I am going to be a 1620 customer as long as they are manufacturing work clothes. They last, are functional, and you have the option of having them repaired.
