High fives all around!

To me these pants are not bulky, but quite comfortable, and they are WARM. I have not really physically exerted myself to hard while wearing them yet, but going for a walk a mile up the road and back, every evening, with the temperature here in Fairbanks lately at -20F, and only a pair of short-johns on underneath, my legs haven't felt close to cold. If anything, I can forsee the need to have a foot or so long stretch of zipper added to the side of just the shell of the upper part of each leg, so I can blow off heat when need be.

I started wearing double knee Carhartts back when they were half the price of a pair of Levis. First pair of Carhartt insulated overalls was cotton duck (that was just enough to get you into trouble but not get you out). After that had a couple additional pair of insulated cordura type fabric Carhartt bibs. Unfortunately, their quality has since declined. The ones I have increasingly less presentable but are still going. Any and all additional new gear is coming from 1620. BTW - that NYCO material is skookum.

Dear 1620 crew, I apologize that it took me so long to figure it out and find my way to your products. God Bless America.

The fleece lined are amazing, i was wearing an insulated carhartt bib but since i got these the bib sits in the car as a "just in case"...no need for the bib since getting these. Absolutely love them, i will be getting a second pair as soon as i can afford it!

Toasty Warm & Super Comfy

Living in New Hampshire these go on in December and don’t come off until April, I can work outside in comfort and style. Bonus, you’ll save on your heating bill too!

Will NEVER buy another work brand again!

I waited until winter was over here in the HudsonValley NY to leave a review of the pants and I was not disappointed! Fit was perfect and hemmed to my liking, handled everything I threw at it, and kept me warm :) Other known brands like Carhartt used to be quality and pricey but you got what you paid for but those days are gone for many work brands which is what happens when you sacrifice quality. You get what you pay for and what you pay for with 1620 is 100% made in the USA made with quality that America was known for.

Stop being cheap and support American made and youll never have to keep buying work pants ever again! Loyal customer for life :)
