 Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 2-3 days for shipping.
  • All rates are calculated directly via the United States Postal Service which is currently the quickest way for us to ship products in the continental United States
  • If you have any special requests for shipping, or want to ship to a UPS Mailbox please send us an email at info@1620usa.com prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 
  • International orders exclude duty & brokerage fees.  
  • All international orders are sold as "Final-Sale" and are non-refundable.


Return Policy

If you purchased a product directly from our website and are not satisfied for any reason or would like to make an exchange. Simply return it to us within 15 days unused and in the condition you received it with all tags attached, and we will issue a full refund.  Returns received by our warehouse after 15 days are not eligible for refund.  Returns received by our warehouse 15-30 days of receiving your order are eligible for exchange or store credit only.  Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.  Items missing any original tags cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

 All international sales are final.

As such, we stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. 1620 Workwear, Inc warrants its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
