1. SPONSOR AND PARTICIPATING BRANDS
The Made in USA Fall Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by 1620 Workwear, Inc., 16 South Hunt Road Unit 1A, Amesbury, MA 01913 (“Sponsor”). Breeo, Montana Knife Company, and Wyld Gear (each a “Participating Brand” and together the “Participating Brands”) are providing prize components and will receive entrant information as described in Section 11. The Participating Brands are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection of the winner, or the fulfillment of any prize component other than the component each has agreed to provide. All questions about the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor at info@1620usa.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who, as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment), are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 years of age or older and of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the entrant resides. Persons who, as of the date of entry (and, if a winner, as of the date of prize fulfillment), are an employee, officer, director, or contractor of Sponsor, any Participating Brand, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising or promotion agencies, or a member of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household (whether or not related) of any such person, are not eligible. Eligibility determinations will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion and will be final and binding. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 22, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary. To enter, during the Entry Period visit https://www.1620usa.com/pages/2026-american-made-fall-giveaway (the “Website”) and complete the online entry form, which will require the entrant’s full name, email address, Instagram handle, and mailing address, and such other information as Sponsor may require. To be entered, the entrant must follow all four compaines on Instagram. Each eligible entrant who completes the entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions and follows the required Instagram accounts during the Entry Period will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or mailing addresses a person may have. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, or any other method will void all of that person’s entries and may result in disqualification.
All entries must be received by Sponsor before the end of the Entry Period. Entry times will be determined using Sponsor’s computer. Normal time rates and data charges, if any, charged by the entrant’s Internet or mobile service provider will apply. Entries are subject to verification at any time. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor has the right, in its discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor (including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification). Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
One (1) prize will be awarded (the “Prize”). The Prize consists of:
(a) from 1620 Workwear: one Field Tech Work Pant, one Basic Work Hoodie, one Heavyweight NYCO Pocket T-Shirt, one Mesh Trucker Hat, and one Tool Roll (ARV $496);
(b) from Breeo: one Y Series Portable Smokeless Fire Pit (ARV $399);
(c) from Montana Knife Company: one Cutbank Paring Knife (ARV $350);
(d) from Wyld Gear: one 65QT Freedom Series Cooler (ARV $399.99).
The total ARV of the Prize is approximately $1,644.99 USD. The exact value of the Prize will depend on the specific items awarded and market conditions at the time of fulfillment. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. 1620 Workwear apparel will be provided in the winner’s choice of size, color, and inseam, subject to availability; if a requested size, color, or inseam is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Each Participating Brand will ship its prize component directly to the winner, and all Prize components will be shipped only to a street address (no P.O. boxes) in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks after winner verification for delivery.
The Prize consists only of the items expressly specified in these Official Rules. All Prize details not expressly specified in these Official Rules, including color, model, and style, will be determined by Sponsor or the applicable Participating Brand in its discretion and may differ from the items depicted in advertising or promotional materials. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the right to receive the Prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which has the right to substitute the Prize or any Prize component with a prize or prize component of equal or greater value. The Prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law; the Participating Brands’ standard product warranties, if any, will apply to their respective components. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the Prize exceeds $600, the winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the Prize is released, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the Prize. In no event will more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about October 28, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its agent from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address provided on the entry form (or by other contact information provided by the potential winner, in Sponsor’s discretion) and must respond to Sponsor’s initial notification within seven (7) days. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and may, in Sponsor’s discretion, be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, a Publicity Release (where legally permissible), an IRS Form W-9, and any other documentation Sponsor requires in connection with verification of eligibility and confirmation of the releases and grant of rights set forth in these Official Rules (collectively, the “Winner Verification Documents”) within seven (7) days of attempted delivery.
If the potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, fails to complete, sign, and return the Winner Verification Documents within the time stated, is found to be ineligible, declines the Prize, does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the Prize, and an alternate potential winner may, in Sponsor’s discretion, be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries (in which case the foregoing provisions will apply to the newly selected entrant). Sponsor may also disqualify a potential winner if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the Prize to, or publicizing an association with, that person might reflect negatively on Sponsor, any Participating Brand, or the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will attempt to award the Prize to up to three (3) potential winners in total; if the Prize remains unclaimed after that, it will not be awarded. The winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence may be announced on the Website and on the social media channels of Sponsor and the Participating Brands.
7. PUBLICITY; GRANT OF RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes each entrant irrevocably grants to Sponsor, each Participating Brand, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the successors, assigns, and licensees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Licensees”), the right to use the entrant’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements attributed to the entrant (“Personality Rights”), in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now known or later developed, including without limitation on the Licensees’ websites, email, social media, and digital channels, for advertising, promotional, and any other purposes, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless each of the Licensees, all other companies involved in the development, administration, or operation of the Sweepstakes, all other companies involved in the provision or shipment of the Prize, and the directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims and causes of action of any kind that the entrant ever had, now has, or might in the future have arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes, the use of the Website, the provision, receipt, or acceptance of the Prize, the use or misuse of the Prize or any component thereof (including, without limitation, any fire pit, knife, or other Prize component), or any use of the entrant’s Personality Rights as permitted under these Official Rules, including without limitation any and all claims and causes of action relating to any personal injury, death, or property damage or loss sustained by any entrant or any other person. Each entrant agrees not to assert any such claim or cause of action against any of the Released Parties, and assumes the risk of, and all liability for, any injury, loss, or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes, the use of the Website, or the provision, acceptance, or use of the Prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for, and will not have any liability in connection with, any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the Prize; late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted, or incomplete entries; incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information; or any other human, mechanical, or technical error of any kind relating to the operation of the Website, communications or attempted communications with any entrant, the submission, collection, storage, or processing of entries, or the administration of the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for Prize components that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in shipment. Sponsor does not make any warranties of any kind regarding the Prize or any component of the Prize.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules (including without limitation by adjusting any of the dates and/or timeframes stated in these Official Rules) and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time, including without limitation if a virus, bug, technical problem, entrant fraud or misconduct, or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor corrupts the administration, integrity, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, or if for any other reason Sponsor is not able to conduct the Sweepstakes as planned (including without limitation in the event the Sweepstakes is interfered with by any fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or of public enemy, communications failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local law, order, regulation, or court order). In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted on the Website and a random drawing will be conducted to award the Prize from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination.
Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the Sweepstakes any individual who Sponsor determines or believes (i) has tampered with the entry process or has undermined the legitimate operation of the Website or the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices, (ii) has engaged in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor or a Participating Brand, or (iii) has attempted or intends to attempt any of the foregoing. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR HAS THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY PERSON INVOLVED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
The use of agents or automated devices, programs, or methods to submit entries is prohibited, and Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes may have been submitted using such an agent or automated device, program, or method. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” means the person who is assigned an email address by an Internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to Sponsor, including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification) that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry in question.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules may not be reprinted or republished in any way without the prior written consent of Sponsor. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any Sweepstakes information provided elsewhere (including, but not limited to, in advertising, marketing materials, email, or social media), these Official Rules shall prevail. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
10. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAWS PRINCIPLES. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN ESSEX COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS, AND EACH ENTRANT CONSENTS TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS. IF ANY SUCH DISPUTE IS NOT RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS, SPONSOR MAY, AT ITS ELECTION, REQUIRE THAT IT BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES THEN IN EFFECT, BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MASSACHUSETTS, WITH PROCEEDINGS CONDUCTED IN ESSEX COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS.
ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES), BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR ANY OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES RELATED TO BRINGING A CLAIM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES. EACH ENTRANT FURTHER WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT, OR TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ANY CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE ENTRY PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. USE OF INFORMATION
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the information submitted on the entry form will be collected by Sponsor and shared with each of the Participating Brands. Sponsor will use entrant information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.1620usa.com/policies/privacy-policy, and each Participating Brand will use it in accordance with its own privacy policy: Breeo (https://breeo.co/policies/privacy-policy), Montana Knife Company (https://www.montanaknifecompany.com/policies/privacy-policy), and Wyld Gear (https://wyldgear.com/policies/privacy-policy). Sponsor and each Participating Brand may use entrant information to administer the Sweepstakes (including winner notification, verification, Prize fulfillment, and providing the winner’s name upon request) and to send the entrant marketing emails and other information about their respective products, services, and promotions. Each entrant may unsubscribe from any brand’s marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails; unsubscribing will not affect an entrant’s eligibility in the Sweepstakes.

Winner name requests must be received by Sponsor within six (6) months after the conclusion of the Entry Period.
