Really nice work pants

These are really great work pants. I'm really happy that I purchased them. I made up my mind to switch from Kuhl when my most recent pair of Kuhl pants ripped after only a couple weeks.
I wear my pants hard. It's rare that I get more than a year out of a pair of work pants, but I think these are going to last a lot longer.
I went with the skinny cut because I'm a small guy, and they're skinny. They're tight on my calves but kind of loose around the waist. The fit is about what I would have expected, I have to wear a belt which is normal, but the loose waist sometimes leaves me looking like a plumber and I do cabinetry.
Pretty sure I'll be back for more.

The pants were great. Just not stretchy like I thought and wanted. So I returned these and got 2 pairs of the right pants. Just waiting for store credit so I can get some shorts.

This is my first 1620 product (Slim Fit 2.0). I've only had them a week or so but I can say they are superior to any other work pants I've owned. Design details are thoughtful and well executed. It's obvious great care has gone into producing these pants, from material choice to pocket locations. They do need several washes and some wear time to break in, but that's a good sign IMO.

*International customers* - I do have to say that my experience getting them in my hands was not great, as the initial pair I received had been incorrectly tagged at the factory. The sewn in tag was not the same as the paper one attached to the belt loop. As I live in Canada close to the US border, I used a mailbox service to have them shipped to a US address and then personally picked them up and brought them across the border. International shipping cost is prohibitive. Returning the first pair for exchange was a large PITA, as 1620 couldn't provide a return label that didn't require shipping them back from the US. To their credit, they did ship the correct pair directly to me in Canada free of charge after receiving the first pair back. One piece of feedback is that it would go a long way in a situation like mine to try and get the customer their order as quickly as possible. Shipping the correct pair as soon as the solution was agreed upon would've helped me feel a sense of urgency from 1620 to fix the mistake, rather than waiting until the first pair was returned. It's taken over 2 months for me to get the item I ordered. Some of that delay obviously is due to my decision to ship to the US, but the solution to their error took longer than it should have. All of this being said, they deserve my 5 star rating. I don't feel my experience was typical.

I got a 34 slim and quickly realized I’m not a 34 slim. Wishful thinking lol. Sent them back and it was very easy. Once I get a refund I’ll get a bigger size.

99.9% great

I’ve had several pairs of these, by far the best pants I’ve worn to take the beating of working in limestone mines and dealing with explosives residue. Pretty much exclusively wear either the double knee or single knee pants and they both take a beating. Just been having one small issue across a few pairs. The tiny seam under the fly between the crotch gusset likes to pull apart on me. Maybe it’s some sort of movement I do while working that puts a lot of stress in that area but after about a week of wearing them I can see the thread wanting to come apart. Maybe a bar tack reinforcement stitch right there would solve my problem. 🤞version 3.0 has a fix. But props to 1620 for standing by their work and repairing the couple pants I sent them for this issue 🤘
