Like most other reviewers I love these pants and had to size up. The rise on this style is at least an inch shorter than most other 1620 pants so my normal size was way too tight in the crotch. Once I easily exchanged them at no cost for the correct size they are awesome. Note since they are hemmed to order it takes a few extra days to ship but worth the wait. Comfy and clearly tough as nails. I’d say they are more of a midweight pant compared to some lightweight soft shell pants I own but they are significantly lighter weight than other 1620 nyco styles. Great pocket layout and I really like the new cedar brown color as well. Thanx again 1620 for another great product!

Great pants,fit great. The only thing is the pants were not hemmed per order 34/32. Just saying.

The pants arrived and after trying them on they fit very tight. I have many different work pants all the same size but these were abnormally small around the legs and waste also leg length. After washing and low heat tumble drying them i couldnt even get them on. They had to have sheunk two sizes! I emailed 1620 and let them know my dilemma, they said they dont usually except returns unless the pants have the tags stlll attatched unwashed and worn. But they were nice enough to allow me to ship the pants back and exchange for largrr size. Amazing customer service. The pants although small, are made extremely well. For them to last as long as they supposedly do, i would expect the material to be beefy and stiff. But they arent at all. They stretch in the most important areas. They dont ride up the legs or waste when squatting down. I am very excited to receive the correct size and start wearing them!

Can something be perfect? No. These pants come close. The weight, and cut are unmatched. You can tell that a lot of knowledge went into the manufacturing of these. Me? I like what they didn’t put on these pants. Simple, honest pants for right now.
We live in great times gentlemen, these pants are evidence of that.
