Our own 14 oz blend of cotton, Cordura® nylon and spandex. Ten times the abrasion resistance of cotton duck. Dries twice as fast. Meets the NFPA 1975 no-melt, no-drip standard.
The reinforcement is mapped to where you actually bend and wear, not sewn on as a flat patch. A stealth opening fits most commercial knee pads — in for concrete days, out when you don't need them.

The Double Knee 2.0 is the heaviest-duty pant in the line. Same Stretch NYCO, same factory, same guarantee as the Single Knee 2.0, Foundation Pant and Foundation Utility Pant.
Regular fit. Stretch woven into the fabric, not stitched in as panels. Articulated knees and a gusseted crotch — kneel, climb, squat without the pant pulling back.
Fabric woven in South Carolina. Cut, sewn and hemmed in our own factory in East Boston. Eleven inseams, each pair hemmed free before it ships. We know every operator on the floor.
A $60 cotton double knee lasts a few months before the knees or crotch go. Four to six pairs over two years runs $360. One pair of these is still working — and covered if it isn't.
If it fails, we fix it or replace it. We can promise that because we made it. The goal: workwear in the field, not the landfill.
