Great customer service

I wrote a less than perfect review of my 1620 utility short for being heavy and hot for shorts and for material fraying in the crotch after about a dozen washes and stitches beginning to come loose in the same area. the following day I recited an email from the company offering to repair them along with a shipping label. I didn't contact them, they apparently stay on top of their reviews and make good on failures proactively. This has greatly improved my impression of their products and set a very high standard of customer service.
