FULL ZIP WORK HOODIE

I need this hoodie, I have the pull over and it’s the best. Need the whole wardrobe for that matter.

Wish I had this hoodie long ago! It's my new go-to! Warmer than your average cheap and thin hoodies. Love the Cordura enforced areas! Would love to also see a version with more Cordura on the sleeves for pairing with the 1620 vest!

I personally don't use 1620 gear as work wear (I'm a Registered Nurse by profession, we wear freaking pajamas on the job ; ) I wear 1620 gear as smart-cut, way comfortable, unassuming armor. Straight up. This hoodie will stop a cold wind like an insulated wall. Rain will run off it. And if you're wearing something like 1620's work shirt over the hoodie, you do not need to seek shelter anytime soon. Just keep doing whatever you are doing 'cause you're good. Many moons ago, in a prior life I worked as a Boston-based bicycle courier, for a decade. 52 weeks a year. If there was a blizzard on Wednesday, you carried packages. Hurricane? Yes, you did not get the day off. Zero exaggeration. We wore a popular brand of work gear as a base (before 1620 was born), because it worked in the elements and saved you skin when you went down on ice and slid 50 feet in traffic. In yet another life I worked as an EMT for 16 years. Eight of which as a dedicated First Responder in some of MA's larger communities. Blizzard, show up. Hurricane, you're mandated to show up. We used the gear that's built for police/Fire, and EMS, much like the work gear in other roles. Point of all of this yammering: I know a thing or two about what stands up to the physics of our Planet, plus tough work. 1620 builds this understanding into everything. The hoodies are an impossible balance between comfort, and armor. Can't say enough. But I tried.

I honestly won’t buy another hoodie from another company for outside work. Hands down the best!
